(Early bird discount of $20/person if postmarked by 2/5/12)
$10 per student 18 years and younger (student ID required)

Last Year’s Averages will be used, or you can bowl for your average

There will be a 50/50 raffle and a gift basket raffle

Registration Deadline: Thursday, February 10, 2012
